Production characteristics of the enterprise

Operational capacity - 87 000 mt

Acceptance scope- up to 2,000 mt per day. During the period of mass procurement, acceptance is carried out in two shifts from 08:00 to 01:00 on weekends and holidays at a standard rate. Acceptance is carried out at 3 points of unloading.

Shipment speed by autotransport- 80 mt/hour.

Shipment speed by rail - 2000 mt per day

The speed of shipment by bagging is 240 mt/shift from one line. It is possible to use two lines at the same time with a large volume of shipment.

The performance of the existing grain dryers DSP-32, DSP-24, RD-2 * 25 is 32, 24 and 25 mt / hour, respectively.

About us
LLP "Zaayatsky Elevator" was founded as Zaayatsky GRE founded in 1946. There were 69 junctions on the territory at that time (now the village of Zaayatskoe). In 1991, it was reorganized into the Zaayatsky Elevator JSC. Since 2001, the enterprise has been reorganized into a LLP.
At present, the passport capacity of the elevator is 96,000 tons. The enterprise performs operations for acceptance and shipment, which can be carried out both by road and by rail....
